• PROTEINS: Hemp Hearts are considered a complete source of protein as they contain all 20 amino acids. The purpose of amino acids in the body is to break down food, develop muscle and repair damage.

How to use hemp hearts:

You can blend them into smoothies and shakes or make delicious, nutritious and easy hemp milk.  You can add them to your rice, dal, sabzi, salads, fruit-bowls, pasta, shakes or juices, or as a gluten free topper on cauliflower cheese, pasta bakes, casseroles and stews.

How much to use:

Consume as much as you like, but our minimum  recommendation is 3 to 4 tablespoons daily
