Would highly recommend this if you're looking for a plant-based way to get essential amino acids, omega's and fibre. Really like Happy Gut. Mild taste, fantastically easy source of of fibres and various Omegas. I use it mixed into raw oats, unsweetened plain yoghurt and fruit, left overnight. That way you get a semi- fermented, easy breakfast. Best not to cook with it as you can lose some of the vitamins, but the fibres will remain. Have used in banana pancakes and cakes. Good for sensitive guts/bloating and has helped me to get more nutrients from the food I can eat on a restricted diet. Very fair price. Thank you
👍👍Huge fibre hit with this product, so I started with 5 g. I have found this is a MIRACLE for me! I combine it with 5 g of chia seeds soaked in water for 1/2 an hour first thing in the morning. I suffer from IBS plus tummy nerve damage but I’ve had 8 days in a row now with no discomfort since starting this hemp fibre. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
I bought this becasue I read on your blog or facebook that this would help boost my immune system. Normally I get every cold and flu going and particularly since covid Ive been really reluctant to go near anyone who is coughing etc BUT in the 3 months that Ive been talking the oil I literally havnt been ill once. If only I had known about it sooner!
Discovered you after seeing one of your facebook posts and bought the protein powder in Grapetree Frome. I was amazed to find that this product was grown in the UK and processed just down the road in Warminster. Great product, great ethics.
Before finding your product I was buying hemp milk in the supermarket. When I looked on the contents part of the packaging I noticed that it had 4% hemp material in it. The rest was water! I had been buying water! Now I make my own milk from your hulled seed whcih actually gives me what I want.
Ive tried other hemp seed oils but this is the best tasting and we are so pleased that its actually grown here in the UK. Arrived in a great recyclable box and glass bottle. Ticks all the boxes for me! Looking forward to trying out the other products!

I have been using this Hemp Flour for a while now and I love it! I was looking for something that I could add to my morning smoothie that would increase my fibre and protein content and this is perfect! Full of all sorts of other nutrients and omegas too so I'm happy! Thanks guys
