Purchasing

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email saying that we have received it. We will then send you an email to let you know when your hemp goodies have been dispatched.

Please make sure you give us the right email address so we can accept your order and contact you if need be.

When you’ve paid, you will see UK Hemp Ltd on your bank statement.

Changed your mind?

Send back your products, intact and unopened, within 7 working days and you’ll receive a full refund. But please inform us in writing, and return the products to us as soon as possible at your own cost.

Delivery

We dispatch on the day we receive your order as long as we receive it before 1pm.

    If you’re not in, we may cancel your order and keep the products, but we’ll refund you the price.  Reshipping will also incur delivery charges.

    Price and payment

    If for any reason we can’t supply the products you have ordered, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and give you a full refund.

    Refunds

    If you return a product to us we will process the refund as soon as possible, usually using the same method you used to pay.
