I have only been taking it for over a month and hope so have not noticed it’s immediate effect we are replacing butter with your Hemp seed oil and as far as taste is concerned your Hemp seed oil tasted a lot better than the other brands I have tasted before. Anyways having tasted this oil I decided to use it for my salad dressing and my god it tastes amazing. A slight nutty taste goes very well with balsamic vinegar and mustard. And gives you loads of health benefits too what more can you ask for.
