Hemp Seed Hearts are naturally produced from UK grown hemp seed, processed at our award-winning factory here in Wiltshire under our SALSA accreditation.

Once the shells are removed hulled hemp seeds are a white/green colour with a mild nutty taste.

Hemp Seed Hearts have all the benefits of our hemp seed oil and hemp protein combined. They are naturally high in omegas 3, 6 and 9 and in the perfect ratio to support immune health and cardiovascular health while helping to regulate glucose metabolism. The oil within our hearts is anti inflammatory and aids muscle and joint health. This extremely versatile product naturally contains 20% protein, tastes really good and is 100% British.

OMEGAS: Naturally high in omegas 3, 6 and 9.

PROTEINS: 20%. Consists of the easily digestible proteins edestin (65%) and albumin (35%), along with all 20 amino acids.

MINERAL AND VITAMINS: Hemp Seed hearts naturally contains plenty of nutrients like vitamins E and B (including folate) along with a bevy of minerals, such as phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, calcium, copper and iron.

PRODUCT: As all our products, hemp seed hearts are GMO free and UK grown. All our processing is carried out under SALSA accreditation.

ENVIRONMENT: Our hemp is grown regeneratively and is sustainable, requiring no herbicides or pesticides. Due to its impressive capability for carbon sequestration, hemp seed products are considered to be carbon neutral.

How To Use

You can blend them into smoothies and shakes. You can add them to your rice, dal, sabzi, salads, fruit-bowls, pasta, shakes or juices, or as a gluten free topper on cauliflower cheese, pasta bakes, casseroles and stews.

How much to use:

Consume as much as you like, but our minimum recommendation is 3 to 4 tablespoons daily

Little tiny hearts of goodness

As a vegetarian and ultra runner avoiding UPF, trying to keep my protein intake at the right level can be hard. Finding these hemp hearts has been brilliant. Great in homemade muesli, porridge, banana milkshake, and mixed with breadcrumbs on top of macaroni cheese. Delicious! They’re a perfect little complete protein boost. Plus, hemp plants are good for the environment and these are grown in the UK.
