Hemp Fibre Plus is milled from seed cake; a bi-product which is created when UK grown seed is pressed for oil at our award winning, SALSA accredited factory here in Warminster, Wilts.

Hemp Fibre Plus is a dark brown powder with a coarse texture, 100% hemp and free from all allergens. It’s a great option.

Our Hemp Fibre Plus contains 47% insoluble fibre and 29% of easily digested protein including all 20 amino acids.

It is the perfect solution for those looking to increase their insoluble fibre intake to assist with good gut health and its 100% British!

FIBRE: 47% insoluble fibre. Insoluble fibre increases gut transit times and helps to regulate gut functionality.

PROTEINS: 29%. Consists of the easily digestible proteins edestin (65%) and albumin (35%), along with all 20 amino acids.

MINERAL AND VITAMINS: Fibre Plus naturally contains plenty of nutrients like vitamins E and B (including folate) along with a bevy of minerals, such as phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, calcium, copper and iron.

How To Use

You can add into smoothies and shakes. You can add them to your rice, dal, sabzi, salads, fruit-bowls, pasta, shakes or juices, or as a gluten free topper on cauliflower cheese, pasta bakes, casseroles and stews.

How much to use:

Consume as much as you like, but our minimum recommendation is 3 to 4 tablespoons daily.

This is another superb product from British Hemp Co. It's such an easy way to boost fibre in every meal you have. I find when added to breakfast yoghurt, I'm full way past lunchtime ( I have breakfast about 7.30am, lunch around 1.30pm) so if you like doing any type of fasting then this could really help.

👍👍Huge fibre hit with this product, so I started with 5 g. I have found this is a MIRACLE for me! I combine it with 5 g of chia seeds soaked in water for 1/2 an hour first thing in the morning. I suffer from IBS plus tummy nerve damage but I’ve had 8 days in a row now with no discomfort since starting this hemp fibre. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
