How To Use

You can blend our Super Soluble Pre-biotic Blend into smoothies and shakes. You can add it to your rice, dal, sabzi, salads, fruit-bowls, pasta, shakes or juices, or as a gluten free topper on cauliflower cheese, pasta bakes, casseroles and stews.

How much to use:

Consume as much as you like, but our minimum recommendation is 1 to 2 tablespoons daily.

The Taste !

I’ve just started using the Hemp Hearts, the Hemp Super Soluble Prebiotic Blend, and the gorgeous hemp oil from The British Hemp Company – and I’m loving them all! It’s still early days, so I’ll need a few more weeks to notice the full health benefits, but what I can already say is the taste is divine. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect (maybe something bland or cardboard-like), but no – the flavour, texture, and overall quality are absolutely lovely. I’m so pleased with my purchase.
