You can blend our Super Soluble Pre-biotic Blend into smoothies and shakes. You can add it to your rice, dal, sabzi, salads, fruit-bowls, pasta, shakes or juices, or as a gluten free topper on cauliflower cheese, pasta bakes, casseroles and stews.
How much to use:
Consume as much as you like, but our minimum recommendation is 1 to 2 tablespoons daily.
