This is another superb product from British Hemp Co. It's such an easy way to boost fibre in every meal you have. I find when added to breakfast yoghurt, I'm full way past lunchtime ( I have breakfast about 7.30am, lunch around 1.30pm) so if you like doing any type of fasting then this could really help.

I'd give 10 stars if poss!! I've been using the hemp protein powder for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. I mix it into yoghurt for breakfast and have added it to a special turmeric hot chocolate that I make. It's awesome to add to anything you make to bump up the protein. It's great value when compared to other brands out there - it lasts ages and it's clean - it's just hemp in the bag, not synthetic non food additives.

The hemp seed hearts are just excellent and really good nutritionally. The hemp seed hearts score highly on ZOE nutrition programme - a couple of years of the programme. Now to explore more recipe ideas.
