As a vegetarian and ultra runner avoiding UPF, trying to keep my protein intake at the right level can be hard. Finding these hemp hearts has been brilliant. Great in homemade muesli, porridge, banana milkshake, and mixed with breadcrumbs on top of macaroni cheese. Delicious! They’re a perfect little complete protein boost. Plus, hemp plants are good for the environment and these are grown in the UK.

I have only been taking it for over a month and hope so have not noticed it’s immediate effect we are replacing butter with your Hemp seed oil and as far as taste is concerned your Hemp seed oil tasted a lot better than the other brands I have tasted before. I ordered 2 bottles initially and have just recently ordered a box of six to share with friends and family. I hope the anti infamtory and other benefits will be realised soon especially after my next blood result end of June.

I originally brought this as a supplement to give to my dogs, I know don’t judge…
Anyways having tasted this oil I decided to use it for my salad dressing and my god it tastes amazing. A slight nutty taste goes very well with balsamic vinegar and mustard. And gives you loads of health benefits too what more can you ask for.

I switched to hemp when I realised that despite the brain-washing by the medical community, olive oil is NOT the healthiest oil. Olive is 7% polyunsaturated fat while hemp oil is nearer 70%. It also tastes pleasantly nutty without the background bitterness of some olive oils.
