I originally brought this as a supplement to give to my dogs, I know don’t judge…
Anyways having tasted this oil I decided to use it for my salad dressing and my god it tastes amazing. A slight nutty taste goes very well with balsamic vinegar and mustard. And gives you loads of health benefits too what more can you ask for.

I switched to hemp when I realised that despite the brain-washing by the medical community, olive oil is NOT the healthiest oil. Olive is 7% polyunsaturated fat while hemp oil is nearer 70%. It also tastes pleasantly nutty without the background bitterness of some olive oils.

I was very impressed that British Hemp company offer free postage when you buy direct from them. It's a quality help seed oil and the sales process was very straightforward.
