DIRECTIONS

Toast pine nuts in a pan on med/low heat until golden brown

Put all ingredients except pine nuts in a food processor Season well and blend until almost smooth

Add pine nuts and pulse in until desired texture Store in an airtight container in the fridge

Pasta or as a garnish

2 cloves garlic
60ml of hemp seed oil
60ml of extra virgin olive oil
50g nutritional yeast flakes
60g pine nuts 1 lemon (juice)
